This is a script + addon weapon that immitates a real life Pepper Ball/Spray GUN. 

A Pepper Ball/Spray gun shoots a projectile containing a powdered chemical agent that causes irritation of the eyes and nose, and is often used as a less than lethal weapon by the police.

**All the files are open except for the code of the effect logic itself. There is a CONFIG to customize the effect. **

There's a change that the player hit by the projectile might fall to the ground (configurable). Has effect on both AI and Players.
