Pager System with Webhook integration.

• Unlimited number of channels with specific settings for each
• Limit channel Senders and Receivers by either Job, ACE Perms or both
• Add as many webhooks (discord or other system) to send the information too in addition to ingame
• Set channels as auto-subscription (players will automatically be subscribed to the channel on login) or manually (players need to subscribe through the interface)
• Realistic UI
